Our team is led by Dr. Eng. Alaa Abou Harb, a project director with over 15 years of engineering experience. Since 2019, he has been actively involved in national research programs, contributing as both project leader and research team member. Dr. Abou Harb has directed major innovation initiatives, including the development of high-hardness, low-friction coating technologies under Project No. 133 D9 ROVIS/21.01.2022 within the PHOENIX program (SMIS2014+ 105568). He has also collaborated on the LargCoat project (MySMIS 122543, 2020–2023), focused on advanced nanostructured coating technologies for large-scale components. His leadership combines strong technical expertise, research excellence, and a commitment to advancing cutting-edge industrial and material technologies.
