  • Chromium optical microstructures - standard lithographic process with photoresist mask, lift-off process, wet etching process
  • Etching and filling illuminated optical microstructures - standard lithographic process with photoresist and metallic masks, wet etching process or Reactive-ion etching (RIE) process
